I get messages like this weekly:

"Arnas I've posted 200 times and I'm stuck at 500 followers what's wrong?"

The answer is simple.

Your content sucks.

I know that sounds harsh but it's the truth.

See most people think Instagram growth is about quantity.

Post 3 times a day and eventually you'll blow up right?

Wrong.

Content quality matters way more than you think.

But here's the thing.

Quality doesn't mean spending 3 hours editing each video.

It means finding what's ALREADY working and recreating it in your style.

Here's what actually works:

Find 5 pages in your niche that are growing 2,000+ followers daily right now.

Not 6 months ago.

Right now.

Study their last 50 posts.

Look for patterns in:

● Content types

● Posting times

● Caption styles

● Hook formats

Then recreate those posts with your own spin.

You don't need to reinvent the wheel.

You need to find the wheel that's already rolling and make your own version.

This is how I grew to 1 million followers.

This is how my students grow to 100k in 90 days.

Not by being original.

By being smart enough to see what works and adapt it.

So stop posting random content hoping something sticks.

Start being strategic about what you create.

Talk soon,

Arnas Gintalas
