Hey,

Most people struggle with content creation because they're trying to be original.

Big mistake.

Here's what I do instead.

Every Monday I spend 10 minutes researching content for the entire week.

Step 1: Find 5 Fast-Growing Pages

Go to your niche on Instagram.

Find pages that:

● Have 100k+ followers

● Are growing 500+ daily right now

● Post consistently

Save them to a list.

Step 2: Study Their Last 30 Posts

Look at what's working for them.

Which posts got the most views?

Which formats are they using?

What hooks are stopping the scroll?

Screenshot or save the top 10 performers.

Step 3: Check YouTube and TikTok

Take the topics from those top posts.

Search them on YouTube.

Find videos with 500k+ views.

These are proven concepts that work across platforms.

Step 4: Adapt Don't Copy

Now you have 10 proven content ideas.

You're not stealing.

You're taking what already works and putting it in your own words with your own style.

Change the hook.

Change the examples.

Change the format slightly.

But keep the core concept that's already proven to work.

Step 5: Batch Create

Now create all 21 posts for the week.

Use Canva templates.

Use ChatGPT for captions.

Get it all done in one session.

The result?

You have a week of content that's statistically likely to perform well because it's based on what's already working.

Not guessing.

Not hoping.

Not being "creative."

Just smart content strategy.

This is how I grew to 1 million followers.

This is how my students hit 100k in 90 days.

Not by reinventing the wheel but by finding what's already rolling and making our own version.

Talk soon,

Arnas Gintalas
