New students always ask me what software I use.
They think there's some secret $500/month tool that makes everything easier.
Nope.
My entire tech stack costs me less than $50 a month.
Here's what I actually use:
For Content Creation:
● ChatGPT 4.0
● Canva (free version works fine)
● CapCut for video editing
That's it.
No fancy editing software.
No team of 12 designers.
For Email Collection:
● Beehiiv or Kit
● ManyChat for DM automation
For Posting:
● Just the Instagram app
Total monthly cost is maybe $40 if you pay for ChatGPT Plus.
Everything else is either free or has a free version that works perfectly.
The truth is tools don't make you money.
Your content strategy does.
Your email nurture sequence does.
Your ability to find what's already working and adapt it does.
I've seen people with $2,000 worth of software fail completely.
And I've seen people with just Canva and ChatGPT hit $10k months.
The difference isn't the tools.
It's knowing what to create and how to monetize it.
So stop looking for the magic software.
Start focusing on what actually moves the needle.
