Most people make content creation way harder than it needs to be.

They try to come up with original ideas.

They spend hours brainstorming.

They wonder why nothing works.

Here's the secret.

Platform arbitrage.

Take what's viral on YouTube Twitter TikTok or Reddit and bring it to Instagram.

If a video got 2 million views on YouTube it'll probably do well on Instagram too.

The audience overlap is massive.

But most people on Instagram haven't seen it yet.

So it's new to them.

Here's my exact process:

Step 1: Find 5-10 pages in your niche that are growing fast.

Step 2: Look at their viral posts from the last 30 days.

Step 3: Go to YouTube and search for similar topics.

Step 4: Find videos with 500k+ views.

Step 5: Take the best 30-60 second clip.

Step 6: Add text overlay with a hook.

Step 7: Post as a Reel.

That's it.

You're not stealing.

You're adapting proven concepts to a new platform.

When something works on one platform it usually works on another.

You just need to repackage it.

This is how I grew to 1 million followers.

This is how my students get to 100k in 90 days.

Not by being creative.

By being smart about finding what already works.
