I've tested every posting frequency imaginable.

1 post per day.

3 posts per day.

8 posts per day.

Here's what I learned.

The sweet spot is 3 posts daily.

At 1 post per day growth is slower but engagement can be higher if the content is incredible.

At 8 posts per day the algorithm actually punishes you.

Your reach drops.

Posts don't go viral.

You're flooding the feed.

But at 3 posts per day you hit the perfect balance.

Enough content to test what works.

Enough frequency to stay top of mind.

Not so much that you annoy people or tank your reach.

When my page was at 1 million followers our best growth came from posting 3-4 times daily.

About 5-10% of those posts would go viral each month.

That's 4-9 viral posts from 90 total posts.

When we posted 8 times daily?

Zero viral posts.

The algorithm buried us.

Now here's the thing.

I've seen people crush it with 1 post per day.

And I've seen people do well with 6 posts per day.

The difference?

Quality.

If you're posting 6 times per day every single post better be fire.

If you can't maintain quality at volume stick to 3 posts daily.

Test what works for you.

But start with 3.
