Hey,

People always ask me how I get a 70% US audience when I'm from Lithuania.

It's actually simple.

Content specificity.

Here's what I mean.

I don't post generic entrepreneurship content that appeals to everyone everywhere.

I post content that ONLY my target avatar relates to.

Roth IRAs.

US credit scores.

FHA loans.

401k plans.

Student loan debt.

LLC structures.

These are US-specific topics.

Someone in India or the Philippines isn't going to engage with content about Roth IRAs.

They don't have those.

But someone in Texas or California will.

And when Instagram sees that US-based accounts are engaging with your content way more than other countries it starts pushing your content to more US accounts.

That's how the algorithm works.

It finds people similar to who already engages.

So if you want a US audience post content only they care about.

If you want a UK audience post about ISAs and the NHS.

If you want an Australian audience post about superannuation.

You attract who you cater to.

The more specific your content the better your audience quality.

Generic content attracts generic followers who never buy.

Specific content attracts targeted followers who convert.

Simple as that.
