What if AI made us prove we’re creative?

This year AI shook up creative strategy. Most teams are still working like it didn't.

Ari Murray, Chief Digital Officer at Salt and Stone sits down with Bryan Harvey, Head of Brand at Hightouch, for an honest conversation about what's breaking on creative teams right now, how the roles are changing, and what a day looks like when creatives spend it on ideas, concepts, and craft while agents handle the manual execution.

Leave with new insights from 3 experts in the field and 5 prompts to instantly improve your creative output.

Hey,

One of my students, Fredrik, posted the exact moment he got his 1,000th follower.

Seven days and 27 minutes after starting.

The precision is funny. The method is not.

He was not posting more than everybody else. He was commenting.

Here is the part most people get wrong about commenting.

They find a huge account, open a post with 4,000 comments under it, and leave a thoughtful paragraph.

Nobody sees it. It lands on page nine.

The whole thing rests on one number. How old the post is.

A post that went up eleven minutes ago has almost no comments and a lot of people about to arrive. Your comment sits near the top while thousands of them scroll past it.

A post from yesterday already has its comments. Yours is buried the second you send it.

So the rule is simple.

Find five to ten accounts in your topic that post daily and have the audience you want.

Turn on notifications for them.

When one posts, comment inside the first hour.

Say something useful or something funny. Not nice post. Not a fire emoji.

Ten of those a day takes about fifteen minutes and costs nothing.

Your post needs an audience. Their post already has one.

This is the only growth method that works on day one, when your page has nothing on it and Instagram has no idea who to show you to.

And if you already have a page doing fine, this still works. It is just the thing you quietly stopped doing once the views arrived.

Ten comments tonight, all on posts under an hour old. That is the whole task.
